The Folkunga School was built in 1914. It was thoroughly restored at the beginning of the 90's and re-opened in 1994.
Today we offer the following programmes:
COMPULSORY SCHOOL
Years 4 to 9 (17 classes).
14 of these are Music Classes - 3 are dance/drama classes
Pupils in the Music Classes have Music every day.
They devote these lessons mainly to the theory of music and choir practice.
The Music Classes and the Dance Classes give several performances and concerts each term/semester.
A Singing Test is required to be admitted to the Music Classes, and an Audition is required for the Dance Classes..
UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOL
