Learning and innovation network (LINK)
Projeket LINK skapade ett nätverk av partners som arbetade i lärande- och innovationslabb i Europa för att hitta lösningar på komplexa utmaningar. Projektet pågick 2022-2025 och finansierades av EU-programmet Erasmus+.
Mål och syfte
Målet var att bygga och testa en ny modell för lärande- och innovationslabb för att möta utmaningar inom socialtjänsten och att skapa ett nätverk av parter runtom i Europa. Syftet var att bidra till verksamhetsutveckling och erfarenhetsutbyte mellan parterna i projektet samt att bidra till införandet av nära vård, omsorg och socialtjänst.
Målgrupp
Parterna i LINK-projektet fokuserade på olika målgrupper och utmaningar. I Östergötlands lärande- och innovationslabb var målgruppen omsorgstagare och personal inom äldreomsorgen och inom socialt arbete. Målgruppen omfattade också beslutsfattare såsom chefer och ledare inom socialt arbete, representanter inom området ideella och kommersiella verksamheter samt representanter från vuxenutbildningen.
Metod
Inom projektet skapades en flexibel och robust modell av lärande- och innovationslabb. Modellen kommer kunna användas som ett stöd när en verksamhet eller organisation vill skapa ett avgränsat lärande- och innovationslabb för att försöka lösa ett problem. Som stöd utvecklades en digital lärplattform.
Finansiering
LINK medfinansierades av Europeiska Unionen via Erasmus+programmet och pågick 2022-2025. Projektet var ett samarbete mellan sju parter i sex europeiska länder.

Learning and innovation network (LINK)
LINK creates a network of Learning Innovation Lab in Europe, which makes it possible to have exchanges of best practice concerning challenges in demography and in implementing care and support.
Goal and purpose of the Project
The goal with the project is to pilot a new model for the Learning Innovation Lab. Several learning and innovation labs in Europe will build a network between universities and organisations, that use or will use Learning Innovation Lab to meet challenges in social services. The purpose is to build a model for Innovation Learning Lab and create a network of the labs. This in order to contribute to the business development and to exchange best practice between partners in the project. LINK also aims to contribute to implementing integrated care and support in social services.
Target group
LINK has several target groups depending on what challenge the partner within the project chooses as theirs to work with. For example, in the case of Östergötland, Sweden, the Learning Innovation Lab will mainly have users of the social services and the caregivers as their target groups, but also stakeholders and representatives from the civil society and the adult education.
Methodology
In the project we will create a flexible and robust model of Learning Innovation Lab.The model will be used as a support when an activity or organisation will create a Learning Innovation Lab to solve a problem. As a support to the ones wanting to use the lab model, a digital learning platform will be designed to ameliorate exchange of best practice between labs and also teach the basics in the lab model. All the components in the project will be piloted during October 2023 and January 2025.
Financing
LINK is co-financed by the European Union by Erasmus plus programme. The project lasts during the years of 2022- 2025. The project is a collaboration between seven partners in six different European countries.
