The municipality is responsible for pre-school and other educational activities, primary, secondary and special schools.

The municipality offers different types of recreational activities for children in primary and secondary school. Some are carried out in cooperation with local societies and associations.

Leisure

The municipality is also responsible for leisure and recreational activities for youth and adult education. Support and service for disabled children and young people (LSS) as well as labor market initiatives and integration are also part of the municipality's responsibility.
